5,648 lines from 231 brands, priced at case-pack level and shipped from Tokyo. Every line is sourced to order from registered Japanese domestic wholesalers, and a quotation is confirmed on the proforma invoice after supplier availability is checked.

2. Check the price
Prices are indicative and move with exchange rates, supplier pricing, and freight. A quotation is confirmed on the proforma invoice after supplier availability is checked.
3. Request a quotation
Add lines to a basket and request a quotation in the catalogue. We check supplier availability and send a proforma invoice for your approval; nothing is charged before you approve it.
Minimum order value. USD 800 for a first order; USD 2,500 for consolidated sea shipment.
Samples. Single units available on a subset of lines, charged at cost plus courier.
4. Pay
Payment. First orders are payable 100% in advance once the final quotation is confirmed. Pay by card or follow the bank-transfer instructions on your invoice. Terms considered after three settled orders.
5. Ship and import
Incoterm. EXW Tokyo by default. FOB Yokohama/Tokyo or CIF on request.
Lead time. 5–7 business days to hand over to your forwarder. Sea transit is additional and lane-dependent.
Importer of record. You. We supply the commercial invoice and packing list. Where a preferential certificate of origin is obtainable for a line we will say so on the quotation — we do not promise one in advance, because it depends on manufacturer origin evidence we do not always hold.
Regulatory. Cosmetics importers are responsible for their own market registration (US MoCRA, EU CPNP, and local equivalents). We supply ingredient and manufacturer documentation to support it.
6. After delivery
Returns. Damage or shortage claims within 7 days of receipt with photographs. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Brand availability note: we source from registered Japanese domestic wholesalers, not from brand owners. Some brands restrict cross-border resale, and some marketplaces require authorised-distributor documentation we cannot provide. We flag known restrictions on the affected lines and will tell you before you order rather than after.
